Day 5: I plan to eat some new types of food for each group and start eating all four of the food groups and their recommended servings.

Day 5+6 and reflect

Day 5: I found it difficult to find new types of food in Kenaston so I didn't try anything new. I didn't eat all four of the food groups I only ate tow because I become over full

Day 6: For my final day I am going to go over my schedule and see how much of the time I actually met the serving sizes on the Canadian food guide. I will also eat all my portions and see how many times I ate junk food.

Day 6: I ate the correct servings 3/4 of the time. I ate little junk food throughout my plan for the last two days I met the serving sizes and wasn't over full.

Reflect: the plan went fairly well. I could stretch out the time between adding another food group because I wasn't prepared most of the time and ended up getting over full. I haven't reached my goal because I haven't yet developed a habit.
