Experiences of WWI
In 1914, Mairi Chisholm was a women whom set out to help the war effort. She was set in a Belgian aid post and was in charge of driving wounded soldiers to the hospital. This diary entry is from the Baroness de T'Serclaes. She explains in this diary that even though she hated war, she was most happy during war because she got to help people.
