Chapter 9
The Greeks were closing the gates and the Trojans were right behind them. There is a red snake that Zues' eagle drops onto the battlefield, the Trojans think it is a bad omen. Sarpedon and Glaucus lead the allies and they broke a hole in the wall around the Greek camp. Hector threw a big rock at the gate and broke it open. The Trojans run in to defeat the Greek army. Zues lost interest in the battle. Then Posoiden saw the Greeks were in trouble saddled his horses with his huge sea monsters. Posoiden gave the soldiers the strength to fight the Trojans.
