Black Ships Before Troy
Chapter 8
Odysseus was the only leader left in the center of the battlefield. A Trojan warrior threw a spear and it pierced the breastplate. Odysseus killed the warrior and shouted for aid. Ajax and Menelaus came and pulled him into the chariot. Paris shot and hit Macheon, the Greek healer. Achilles sent Patrolocus to see if he was dead or alive. Patrolocus was told by old Nestor to tell Achilles that if his stomach was not for fighting, he should send his Myrimodons out with another captain.
