6 section partial foil

start with the guests natural center part, then on the right and left side start from the point of distribution to the right and left ear. clip these sections away. 

now you are going to create a rectangular section. about 2 by 3". take and equal amount of hair from each side of the part to do this. 

next unclip the right front section and part from the back to the ear to ear parting. clip away the hair so its not in your way. 

then unclip the front upper sections. create a rectangular shaped section in the center front. clip it in place.

clip the upper right sections in place. 

mix the formula you will be using. 

start weaving just below the rectangle on the part. work up through the rectangle using a fine medium or strong affect depending on what your guest wants. 

next move to the front lower section. use the natural hairline as your guide.

take a diagonal subsection behind the hairline. remember that around the face you will want to weave a fine highlight. 

apply formula

in the second subsection apply the same formula unless you are using multiple, then you alternate and continue to alternate throughout.

repeat process in the left and front lower sections. a

start at the right front section to repeat process. 

start taking horizontal subs half way through this quadrant parallel to the center part. apply product and foils. 

then unclip the rectangular section along front hairline.

take a fine horizontal subsection and slice and apply formula instead of weaving.

then do a back to back slice with the formula with no hair left in between. 

take 3 slices back to back for a strong effect.

move to the front left upper section and follow the same pattern. 

process when all product is complete.

rinse out color as usual.
