James Hargreaves' Spinning Jenny

Jame Hargreaves was an obscure figure in history, that changed the world with his small invention. His invention made him become a contributor to the Industrial Revolution. Hargreaves' Spinning Jenny changed textile manufacturing. Hargreaves never was educated and couldn't read for his life time. Still he managed to accomplish his invention, by experimenting with machines that could spin thread. Later he started creating the 8 thread machine known as the Spinning Jenny. This was very effective and once Hargreaves passed 20,000 Spinning Jenny !achines were making yarn in Britisn.
