Realistic egg painting by Tjalf Sparnaay

DESCRIBE:
Obvious recognizable objects: egg which includes 2 circular shapes
The lines are thin and delicate. They do not stick out.
Every shape in the painting is circular.
Colors: white, yellow, brown, and ombré light blue into teal
The painting looks like a photograph. It is very real looking.
The texture is one of the elements that makes it look real.
ANALYZE:
The emphasis is on the egg. Especially, the center part.
Asymmetrical
There isn't any pattern or repetition in this painting.
The background is soft, calm and soothing. It doesn't pull the eye away from the focus, which is the egg.
The ombré is a very interesting art technique but still isn't the focus of the painting.
INTERPRET:
This author's goal is to paint food that looks realistic and mouth-watering.
The author has many more real-looking paintings of food.
