-it was made after Hinduism
-after it went through India, it moved to China and Asia
-the symbol of Buddhism is a wheel
--it represents the teachings of the Buddha
--the Buddha spun the wheel
--it also represents the endless cycle of rebirth
-their rituals were that they would meditate, and they reject the ideas of priests
-it is a major global religion with a complex history and system of beliefs.
