Loading Flow
Steps:
1. Section hair and isolate sections 5&6.
2. Stand on clients right side and begin cutting sections below 5 & 6.
3. Apply a 1/2" vertical subsection in front of the ear. The subsection should be parallel to the hairline.
4. Using the fine teeth, comb and hold the hair at 90°, T to the section. Hold with medium and even tension. Use primary scissors position and cut to desired length.
5. Pick up some of the guide and then the next 1/2" vertical subsection, parallel to the first. Hold at 90° and cut to the guide. Repeat for the next 1/2" vertical subsection.
6. Hold the hair at 90° and cut to the guideline. Where there is no guideline (below the ear), just continue the line.
7. Continue with subsections until you reach the center part.
8. Repeat steps 2-7 on the left side.
9. The next step is to cut a front perimeter.
10. Next you'll be creating a connection.

11. Create a center parting from the front hairline to the top of the crown. Then add an ear-to-ear parting. Starting at the center back, comb hair in the crown, distributing it evenly through the crown.
12. Create a 1"- wide center subsection behind the ear-to-ear parting
13. Pick up the subsection and some of the cut hair
underneath as a guide. Using comb elevation (the ear-to-ear parting is the location for the comb), cut to the guide.
14. Move to the right and divide the remaining pie-shaped section into two smaller sections Using comb elevation, cut each of the pie sections using the hair just underneath as a guide.
15. Still on the right, create two rectangular subsections. Using comb elevation, cut each of the rectangular subsections to the guide (hair just underneath).
16. Move to the left and repeat steps 11-15 for the left side.
17. Finish by layering the top and checking the cut.
