Main Idea

Animals depend on plants for food and shelter. Plants depend on animals to pollinate flowers and spread speeds.

Vocabulary

Pollination:The process in which the male and female cells of a plant come together.

Seed Dispersal:The process of spreading seed that allow plants to reproduce.

Notes

Plants depend on animals for pollination and seed dispersal.

Animals depend on plants for oxygen, food, shelter, and protection.

In pollination when animal drinks nectar pollen rubs off on them and when they go to the next plant the male and female cells are joined.

In seed dispersal animals might pick up seeds from fruit or other things and they spread.
