Fibrositis: Blend: Combine 2 drops cinnamon, 10 drops eucalyptus, 10 drops ginger, 10 drops peppermint, and 3 drops rosemary with 2 Tbsp. Coconut oil and massage chest and back once a day.

Hot Flashes: Peppermint, Geranium, citrus oils, Balance and Clary Sage. Peppermint is an excellent way to cool down and may be effective on the feet at night, the back of the neck, on the chest, or some prefer a spray bottle with Peppermint and water for easy application.
