Stop and Breathe
As simple as it sounds make it a habit. Take the time throughout the day and spend 10 seconds simply breathing deeply.
Have a "chill out" verse. Choose a verse that speaks to you and your situation and repeat it aloud or in your mind as you take your big breaths. It is cleansing, healing and gives you energy to go on.
Spiritual & Emotional
Healing in these areas is a class all on it's own. We are mostly going to focus on what we can do physically, but remember that our health relies on inner peace and joy that comes only with resting in God and His Word.
