Videos show 0:00:00:00 for the length of the video instead of the length of time and because of this it won’t play the video when clicked.
Sometimes when a video is brought into ProPresenter either by drag and drop, hot folder or import the slide might show the time in the lower left corner as all zeros instead of the length of time the video should play.

Solution:
Right click on the Video slide and select “Media Properties” followed by clicking on the “Reset In/Out” button, and then close the Media Properties window. After this the video will play correctly.
