Troubleshooting Topics
When playing a video I can’t move the slider position to advance or go back to an earlier spot in a video.
If the preview window is resized (using the cursor double arrows while hovering over the edges of its screen) too perfectly the slider will cease to function and will be unresponsive during play.

Solution:
Moving the cursor to the edges of the Preview window click to drag the sizing of the window (when it gives the arrow cursor) to a size / position that is not exact to the video screen size. If done correctly there will be gray bars either at the top, bottom or sides of the preview window.
