Troubleshooting Topics
When text, images or CCLI information are showing on top of a background or video and need to be removed.
If a blank clear all slide isn’t clicked on before playing a Foreground video, or if a text / image / CCLI slide is selected during a Background video is playing this can occur.

Solution:
To prevent this from happening on a Foreground video such as a Bumper or a Sermon video the best practice is to have a Blank Slide clicked on that has a Clear Action of Clear All prior to playing. If a text / image / or CCLI slide is clicked on during a Background video is playing clicking the “Slides” clearing button will do.
