The audio for some videos (bumpers / offering / etc.) are not allowing for the left right split in audio for music and voices on the video.

In order to have a left / right split coming from the Mac and ProPresenter the tech crew must be running a audio split cable for the Right (Red) and Left (White) audio channels available on the board.

Solution:

Make sure the output audio cable is split and going to separate channels on the sound board, and then dropping or raising the audio per Left / Right channel should adjust Music or Vocals per channel it is receiving from.
