Troubleshooting Topics
When a video ends it starts back at the beginning again in a loop.
When played a video will adhere to the behavior based on it being set as a Background or Foreground video. This is evident by the icon / symbol in the upper left hand corner of the slide. The movie clacker icon will stop at the end of the video, film/picture icons will loop.

Right click on the Video slide and select “Media Cue Behavior” followed by clicking on either “Background” if you want it to loop, or “Foreground” if you want it to end once the video finishes.
