Reptiles
All reptiles are cold-blooded which means their body temperature matches the temperature of the environment. Most reptiles are carnivorous but there are a few that are herbivores. Reptiles have skin that is covered by scales and they have four legs. All reptiles lay eggs and these eggs can be laid either on land or in water. Two examples of scientific names are Arizona elegons and Clemmys marmorata. There are approximately 8,000 to 9,000 different species of reptiles in the world.
These are all different species of reptiles.
