Round Worms

Round worms are also known as nematodes. There are more round worms in the world than any other multicellular creature. Round worms have a mouth, gut, and a place where they can excrete waste products. All nematodes are round and they have bilateral symmetry. They also have special muscles that move down the length of that entire round body to help them move. Round worms can be either predators, parasites, and sometimes herbivores. Two examples of scientific names are Meloidogyne incognita and Ascaris lumbricoides. There is an estimated 12,000 species of round worms in the world.

These are all different species of round worms.
