C.)If John was told he has pleurisy and is having pain when he breaths, the specific cavity wall it is targeting is the pleural cavity which contains the heart and lungs. Since he is having trouble with the pleural cavity it is effecting the lungs making it hard for him to breath and which is causing him pain.
