B.)The parietal serosa membrane lines the cavity walls.
C.)If John was told he has pleurisy and is having pain when he breaths, the specific cavity wall it is targeting is the pleural cavity which contains the heart and lungs. Since he is having trouble with the pleural cavity it is effecting the lungs making it hard for him to breath and which is causing him pain.

The body's ability to regulate its internal environment is fundamental, and all negative feedback mechanisms have the same goal: preventing sudden severe changes within body. So if one becomes dehydrated they feel the need to drink water to regulate body temperature and keep the body hydrated. Therefore the thirst sensation is negative feedback control system.
