Conduct study to evaluate the effectiveness, client satisfaction, user friendliness and cost-benefits of a service or product.

For example a study to determine the return on investment or utility of a measure, system or method.

Pilot and testing

Conduct a study to compare instruments (e.g. tests, ratings scales), techniques and methods, and to establish feasibility, reliability and validity and effectiveness.

For example conduct a validation study of tests or employee surveys and conduct a post-training assessment to evaluate training effectiveness.
