Major leaders in abolition /emancipation reform/their accomplishments

He was a radical white abolitionist, and he was an editor also. Active in religious reform movements in Massachusetts. Wrote his own paper The Liberator in 1831 stating that the slaves shall be released with no pay to the slave holders.

Wrote Appeal to the Colored Citizens Of the World. He was a free black man that advised blacks to fight for freedom rather than wait for the slave owner to end the slavery. Walker also brought to everyone's attention that slavery wasn't right with the abuse and unfair treatment.

He was born into slavery. Also was taught to read and write by the wife of his slave owner. Soon after he realized that reading can help him break free from slavery. He then got a job and escaped from owner. Also was an author, editor, and diplomat
