Sarah and Angelina Grimké
These sisters were daughters of A South Carolina slaveholder and they both spoke eloquently about abolition. Angelina published "An Appeal to Christian Women of the South" which was her way of calling upon women to overthrow the system. Sarah had supported her and had fought against townspeople through it .
