Abolition/Emancipation Reform
In the 1820s some of the white Americans wanted the blacks to move elsewhere because they thought the blacks could not live with the whites. The African Americans were treated so badly they even spoke out to say they should at least be treated as nice as the foreigners are. Abolition was also supported by white preachers who thought slavery was a national sin.
