4."Progressing from G1 to S" means that it is progressing from growth to synthesis. Something is preventing it from getting to the synthesis phase which would prevent the cell from duplicating. Then, the cancer keeps replicating itself and spreading within the cells. "Passage from G2 to M" means that it is passing from growth again to mitosis where the cell divides. Once again something is preventing it from getting to the mitosis phase which is why the cancer can spread.
5. The cellular organelle that is responsible for breaking down the toxins is the smooth endoplasmic reticulum in the liver cells.
