Pankration was a combo of two events wrestling and boxing, it was one of the most dangerous sport in the Ancient Greek Olympics.
In pankration you were allowed to, stab people in their eye, nose and mouth with your fingers, your were also allowed to attacked private parts. Any hold from wrestling or boxing was allowed in pankration.
Pankration was most amusing to the spectators.

To be a good pankratiats you have to have:
• Courage
• Endurance and
• Have to be physically build
There were two types of pankration:
• Kato pankration, were competitors could fall to the ground, three falls from one opponent on the ground was the winner. It was used mostly in games.
• Ano pankration, were competitors stay standing, and won when the other opponent admitted defeat. It was used at training and was a safer option.
Pankration was introduced to the Olympics in 684 BCE.
