Chignon

Put the guest in a dry drape. You will need two hair binders, bobby pins to match the guests hair, workable hair spray, finishing hair spray, and curling iron.

Step One: Curl the hair. Make an ear to ear section. Brush the hair tightly and smoothly into a ponytail. Hold the ponytail in place with a hair binder that has a bobby pin on each side. Wrap the hair binder around the ponytail and secure the hair binder with the attached bobby pins.

Step Two: Hold the ponytail up and make another bobby pin and hair binder attachment. Secure the ponytail up about an inch above the ponytail you made prior.

Step Three: Pull the hair back down and secure with bobby pins below the first ponytail you made.

Step Four: Pull the sides of the now made chignon to the head and secure with bobby pins. Finish with hairspray.

Step Five: Shape the front of the hair. There are many variations to the this. You can braid the sides and pull them back to the chignon. You can form curls and pull back to the chignon. Finish with hairspray.
