Half Round Brush (Denman) and Paddle Brush Styling

Put a wet drape on the guest. Shampoo and condition the hair. Put a dry drape on the guest. You will need a blow dryer, brush, prep product, style product, and finishing product for the hair.

Step One: Put the prep product in the hair. Dry the hair with your dryer until it is eighty to ninety percent dry. Put a styling product into the hair. Section the hair into six basic sections. Let down sections one and two.

Step Two: Attach the flat straight attachment onto the blow dryer. Using the Denman or paddle brush, brush the hair into the style you want to achieve while using the hair dryer. Blow the dryer down the hair shaft on high, hot heat.

Step Three: Repeat this procedure with sections three and four and then five and six. Finish with hairspray.
