1. What do Walter Cunningham and Atticus discuss at lunch?

-They talked to each other like grown men about matters like farm problems.

2. How does Calpurnia tell Scout to behave during lunch?

-She tells Scout to respect her guest, Walter Cunningham. Also, that Scout cannot treat Walter as different because the Cunninghams could gave less, but she needs to treat him as an equal and to be welcoming.

3. What about Burris Ewell frightens Miss Caroline?

-First, Burris has lice infesting his hair, and he looks very dirty. Burris also never goes to school except on the first day. His family is not doing the best financially.

4. What does Scout ask Atticus to do about her schooling?

-She asks her dad to take her out of school and just homeschool her himself.

5. What compromise do Scout and Atticus reach about school?

-Scout will keep going to school if Atticus will keep reading to her every night.
