Abolition/Emancipation Reform

Abolition is "the call to outlaw slavery." Emancipation is the "freeing of slaves" without even paying the slaveholders for the freedom. William Lloyd Garrison delivered this practice towards slave owners and citizens. David Walker led many slaves to freedom by telling them to fight for their freedom instead of waiting for it to happen. Blacks could then have real jobs, but they didn't pay as much as others' jobs.
