BOSTON MASSACRE
On March 5, 1770, a fight broke out on the streets of Boston between the colonists and the Redcoats. The people of Boston were angry that the Redcoats were there. By the end of the fight, five colonists lay dead.
Among the dead was Crispus Attucks. He was a part African American and part Native American man who was a dockworker at the time of the Boston Massacre.
